Poor service , continues lies ,and empty promises

Massbuild pty Ltd T/A builders Express . I bought bricks on a Wednesday 2020/07/08 midday and was promised that they will deliver the next day which was a Thursday, Thursday no call no delivery nothing at all then on Friday morning I phoned the store and was promised that they were gonna deliver same day and actually the driver on his way . No apology nothing. Still to date they have not delivered and I got a call again this morning saying they are gonna deliver .
