Poor service

Hi All

Okay so today I went to builders warehouse centurion to purchase a few things one of my main items was a mirror however one consultant said I must go to the Decor section to find the mirror I showed him...I get to the Decor section I find another gentleman there show him the product code he goes on the computer and sees that it is in stock however he goes round and round wasted 45min of my time to get a so called floor manager who never bothered coming to assist than he says no that the manager says it's by the bathroom section again I go back with him and he doesn't see it...Builders Warehouse after today it goes to show you'll don't care about customers who come to store because you'll only want customers with money to send as myself is a small customer why should you'll bother
