Poor service

I am very disappointed with the service I got at builders store The Glen, I bought built in kitchen cupboards and other things, spent 4 to 5 hours in a store making sure that everything is order, cupboards sketch and pictures was drawn with my specifications and the quotation was printed out and I went to pay thinking that I am paying for the full set, not knowing that counter top and legs that I specified were not included, few days after the installer phoned and told me that I had to make sure I have legs with me when they come to do the installation, had to go back to the shop to ask why the legs were not given to me, they told me I have to pay for legs there were not included on the qoute. Cool I paid and took legs with me. The installer came with no countertop and told me they will leave the cupboard with holes since I do not have top, had to go to the store again to ask what is happening, did I not pay for everything in first place why do I have to keep coming back to the shop to pay for things one by one, the manager that attended me was rude and not assist, I had to wait for 30 min waiting to be attended, at the end the solution they came up with did not benefit me but the shop, I regret ever going there.
