Poor service

On March 22, I purchased an item online; everything was good from my end; the money was debited from my account; nevertheless, on their website, payment failed.

What I Did From My End I logged a ticket on Sunday and gave all of the necessary information. Keep in mind that I want to proceed with the order and don't want a refund.

I've been calling them several times since Monday and have not yet obtained any valid feedback.

I spoke with various agents and the team leader, but the service is still awful. They say they are still waiting for the accounting department. That is something that can be done in 5 minutes, but they are failing since the money has been deducted.

The accounts department, as well as the agents and team leader, give 0% service.

This would be my final purchase. I will never utilize builders in my life since they cannot provide proper service.

Builders Your personnel is failing; they are unable to give us excellent service. They are failing dismally.

I do not recommend online services. When you purchase from builders, they will take your money, and you will have to run after them; they are ****mers.
