Poor service builders warehouse Secunda

I have visited the secunda builders warehouse several times. But believe me... poor customer service is an understatement to say the least. Note once have I walked into builders and requested assistance have I been assisted to satisfactory standards. My wife, went at 17H30 today to builders for electrical supplies and asked for assistance only to find out that the specific employee that needs to assist already went home according to the information desk.
