Poor Service Builders Midrand

Extremely poor service at Builders Midrand - submitted a cutting list at their branch - the first portion of the cutting list was cut poorly and wrong sizes. This after we had to accept more expenses prices that what is displayed on their website as the size on the website is not stocked only the thicker version which was twice the price. Furthermore the rest of the cutting list they would have contacted us to come and collect - this is now two weeks later. In meantime I have phoned their manager and was promised my issue will be addressed - to date no resolution. I will not be making use of Builders and will go somewhere else
