Poor Service Buiders warehouse Woodlands

I bought items at Builders warehouse Woodlands on the 7 /08/2025. Before they can deliver my goods. I have requested to exchange 5 building cement mix with 4 river sands, and one 40kg plaster sand. On their whattsup they told me I needed to come with my own transport to exchange the goods, after, I have paid for delivery, When, after fighting with them, they promise to cancel the transaction and refund me, despite this efforts, I was never refunded, when, I came back from a business trip on the 3th of September, I realized that builders delivered my goods signed by my son, when I complain yesterday, they promise to attend to my queries, till today, I am sitting with the wrong goods in my garage, despite the delivery mone6 which I paid to builder's, I cannot continue with my building project. Builder's warehouse Woodlands is a mess.
