Poor Service - Bryanston Store

Nine staff members standing around and no customer being served!! Chatting away while customer wait to pay. On asking a lady if she is the manger she indicated yes but did nothing. She then, while others attempted half heatedly to open the till, walked away. That is how you take responsibility!!
