Poor Service

If I can give no stars I would. I ordered two t-shirts online. Not a big order and not difficult. It has been cancelled twice and then rescheduled. It has been almost 2 weeks and received nothing. I had to phone to ask what was going on and no one knew. When I called to follow up the woman I spoke to was suddenly not available, how convenient. If this is how you do orders, I feel sorry for customers who order over Christmas period. Will never order or buy anything from Builders again.
