Poor service

I am honestly appalled at the service of Builders warehouse. I purchased an order on the 28th June. Received and email of acknowledgement of the order and that was it. I called them thrice even was told they would get back to me and still nothing. I called this morning and the guy even said to me they can't get hold of the store. Last week the excuse was that they can't get hold of dispatch. And I told them that I then wanted them to refund me yet nothing. Would definitely not recommend purchasing online from them.
