Poor service at the yard

I would like to name and shame the trouble service, I got from Builders Warehouse Richards Bay. They need to motivate and educate the employees at the yard to engage with customer. They show less interest in what they do, I spent an hour just waiting for them to load bricks for, it went as far as I ended up helping them to load. But I would like to say Thank you to Macassette always willing to help and going an extra mile to ensure the I was helped.
