Poor Service at Builders Warehouse Zambezi

I was looking for several colours of gloss enamel paint in 1 liter tins. I found it on a shelf at the back of the store, but only had two of the four colours I needed. There were no prices on the shelf so I asked an assistant who was packing shelves a little distance down. I inquired with him and his reply was "Ask at the main paint counter". I live one block (Ibis Crescent) away from Builders Warehouse Zambezi. However if this is the service I get from Builders Warehouse Zambezi I as a regular customer will rather travel all the way to Chamberlains where I get excellent service.
