Poor service at Builders Warehouse Rivonia

<p>I paid for my goods at the till point at 11:24 am on a Saturday morning and then waited at the Collection point for 5 doors, 1 beam, 14 corrugated iron sheets for 1 hour 20 minutes. I only got served because i parked a bus in the middle of the exit way and started shouting at people just to get the service. A manager called John was out there with the pickers and they just could not get this done. The service in the store is generally bad. The workers seem like they don't want to be there</p>
