Poor service at Builders Warehouse Riverside

The cashier team at builder’s warehouse in riverside-Bryanston are unhelpful and *********** . No management in sight to help them or sort out situations out promptly - they do not seem to understand customer care or customer service. I went into the store for a refund on items that were incorrectly bought and the plumbing staff advised me to go to their larger rivonia branch. I requested cash back as my refund and they simply processed it to my card and told me it would take 3 days for funds to reflect! I asked how I’d make the urgent purchase if funds aren’t available in cash and/ reflect immediately ! They stared at me blankly like I’m speaking Chinese!? I’m losing valuable time and money as I had already paid for a days work -all I needed was a simple tap? Surely this can be improved upon!
