Poor service at Builders Warehouse - Online service

I made an online on the 2 December and was first promised delivery for the 5 December. Oops!, no delivery and no excuse until I asked the following day where a blame was placed on a BOT. Lol Then I was promised delivery on the 8 December. You guessed right, nothing, dololo. No excuse, nothing. I called on the 9 December and was promised that it will be escalated, I must expect a call. Nothing. Poor service. I will never order from them again. Disgusting service
