Poor service at Builders Warehouse Gezina

Poor service and bad attitudes from staff at Builders Warehouse Gezina. Went to fetch a shower door. 5 staff members standing there at the builders door and looking at me and nobody approached me at the gate to open it to drive in or at least ask me why I'm there. Got out of my car opened the gate and walked to them to beg them to assist me. One lady took my slip and after 10 minutes another guy walked to me and said I now need to drive through the gate 5 meters to load it. I can see the shower door 10meters from my car and said no, they can just carry the door another 10 meters since they already carried it 30 meters from where the doors were stacked in the shop. The guy turned around and disappeared into the shop. After a couple of minutes I went back to the lady and she said the person went to fetch a trolley. I took the door standing there loaded it myself, got my slip and left. This poor service and attitude is a regular occurrence at this branch hence this time writing this complaint.
