Poor service at builders Norwood

Bought a Kreepy Krauly pro which was not working, took it back but was refused a refund and was told the machine will go in to Kreepy Krauly for repairs , even though it a brand new machine, booked it in and left my contact details,have heard nothing from builders since !!! Very quick to take your money but won't help even though they sell you defective items!!!
