POOR SERVICE AND ZERO VENTILATION

The service at Builders Warehouse Polokwane is non-existent. We waited about 20 mins at both gardening and electrical.Product Knowledge of the staff is less than a 2 year old. There is also 0% airflow in the entire store. The aircons and fans are off. When asked about it, then no one knows! This is unexceptable!
