Poor service and still no delivery

I have made an online order for stone (direct delivery from supplier) last Tuesday 28 Oct. Delivery was supposed to be Last Friday 1 Nov. After numerous calls to the useless call centre that cannot help with anything and never calls back as promised on Friday and today, I still have no idea where my order is and when it will be delivered. So I have a site that is standing at the moment because of bad service. This is unacceptable.
