POOR SERVICE AND NOT REFUNDING

Purchased a product from Builders Warehouse Online. When package arrived it was damaged. A Replacement was then sent which then had manufacture issues. After much hassle they took product back and sited issues with the quality from the supplier and that I was not the only customer. I was assured that a refund would be done....now more than a month and still waiting for refund.
