Poor Service and No Delivery

I purchased tiles from Builder Warehouse in Platinum Road Northgate Ext, Ysterplaat Cape Town on the 28th of December 2020.

On purchase I was promised delivery on the 30th of December 2020. The delivery never arrived and I called them on the 31st of December 2020.

I was promised delivery , once again,and even received a confirmation SMS below:

"Dear Valued Client, Your Builders delivery, 0045C***_2 , has been scheduled for Monday 04 January. For Queries call ***"

Called their contact centre again today ( 6th of Jan 2021) as I am still awaiting my delivery.

The service has been terrible and now I have workers standing dead still awaiting tiles that still have not arrived.
