Poor Service and *********** Staff

The Secunda branch of Builders Warehouse have the poorest customer service I experienced in a long time. I was walking around for more than half an hour looking for the right plumbing parts in plain sight of multiple employees without anyone asking if they can help. When I finally get hold of someone to assist the immediate excuse is they dont know the parts and must fetch a more knowledgeable colleague to come and help....which normally never arrives. It has become the norm that clients ask each other for guidance with products instead of employees due to their lack of willingness to do their job and their general incompetence. In a region where Timber city, Mica and CTM offers excellent service, I cant see myself returning to buildings warehouse any time soon.
