Poor service and Defected JOJO tank

I have purchased a 2000L JOJO tank online on the 09/09/2019. Upon purchase I received a call from one of the sales people at Builders N1 city express to say that my delivery will be delayed as they only have 1 tank at their store that is damaged. That a new tank will have to be fetched at their Table view store before delivery. I understood the situation and waited for them to deliver which was delivered on the 11/09/2019. Upon inspection on the 13/09/2019 when I returned home I noticed multiple defects on the tank. I immediately contacted the online number *** to inform them of the defected tank that was delivered. With the help from the contact people. It seems that even though they said the sales staff at builders would call me back to no Avail no one has called me. I’ve made numerous calls to the contact centre but have not received any response from Builders n1 City. On the 16th September I go a call from Cecelia at builders to say that as soon as they have transport to deliver my new JOJO they will deliver it. I then accepted with a bit of confusion as to why Builders would not have any mode of transport to deliver my JOJO and fetch the defected on. After another few calls a few days later I was told that their truck is in for repairs, which I find unacceptable. I am still waiting for my new tank.
