Poor Service and Cant be bothered attitude!

We moved into a new rental residence and required some stuff to sort our the problem we were experience with the shower .. leakage around the bottom of the frame.<br> <br> We spent approximately 2 hours (if not longer) at the Builders Warehouse Sunninghill branch being sent from pillar to post with everyone totally disinterested... we went to the information desk after this experience to lodge a complaint and requested a manager.. a lady appeared and introduced herself as the manager.. she noted our complaint in the book and promised to raise at their management meeting and get back to us... well, two months down the line almost and we are still waiting....<br> <br> what a joke! absolute ******* service ... total contrast to the team in Northgate... you could take a leaf out of their book.. they are not arrogant, and take the time to listen to the request.. no matter how trivial it appears to be
