Poor service and advise from Builders Constantiaberg

I needed purchase four internal doors and recently visited Builders Constantiaberg. Although the store has many employees I found it most difficult to get assistance from the staff on the floor. They were either busy in conversation or did not work in the department. I eventually got assistance and my carpenter discussed with the sales person that one of the doors was a smaller non standard size. I was advised that Swartland doors were able to custom manufacture the door to size. Based on this I purchased 4 doors and installed them. I returned to the store a couple of days later to order the custom size only find out that Swartland does not manufacture the size I required & trimming the door to size would be problematic. The only option is to buy a completely different door. Can you imagine the eyesore. Had I know this I would not have purchased that design. Now I am stuck with the problem of replacing and reinstalling 4 doors - an added cost I can do without. I find it extremely frustrating that I am stuck with a problem due to poor advise from the salesman. I am angry that nobody cares.
