Poor service all round!!!

Order a Ryobi Leaf blower on the 20/01/2021 online. Delivery day was given as 29/01/2021. Today is the 02/02/2021. Still no delivery. Numerous calls to the call centre later have been fruitless. Nobody can give me an answer about my item I ordered. The money is out my account and I have no idea as to what is happening. The call centre is useless. And they expect you the client to hold on while they try phone the store. Waisting my airtime!! Service is non existent!!
