Poor service

I went to Builders warehouse centurion to get wood/planks cut in november 2019, they phoned me back middle december telling me their cutting machine is broken. I eventually phoned in to ask when will my stuff be finished and was told they will follow up. I am still waiting for feedback, its now almost middle january 2020.
