POOR Service

Had a Very Bad experience at Builders Express Lynwood. Went looking for a Good Petrol Lawnmower. Most expensive they had was a WOLF. They did not have stock and offered to sell me the unit on Display. I queried some OIL on the body of the machine and asked if they were sure that this was not used before. They assured me if was Brand-New. I bought it on Friday afternoon and took it home to my house outside Rayton. On saturday morning I off-loaded the machine and filled it up with Petrol and oil. I pushed it out of my Garage and Immediately the one back-wheel fell off, and it was clear that this was broken off some time ago. I took it back. Firstly the lady at the door ignored my questions as to where I will find the Manager, but only screeched "Sanitize, Sanitize !!!!". I went to reception and asked for a refund as I did not want to deal with this store again. They kept me waiting for about 10 minutes and then refunded me. I asked what about the cost of the petrol and Oil (still in mower) and also the cost of my fuel as well as toll gates. They told me to wait. After another 5-10 minutes a "Manager" appeared and told me he could do no more than the refund but will get someone to call me on Monday. On monday a lady did call but only to tell me that they will discuss this and get back to me, which they never did. From Lynwood I went to Builders warehouse Atterbury and there got a New Wolf in a box. I would have preferred Not to take Wolf, but they told me it was the best. There I saw another lawnmower on display, also with some Oil on the bodywork. They told me that this was a mower that was Returned for a defect and that it is common practice to use these as DISPLAY units, and also that they are NOT allowed to sell the units on display , as some of them are DEFECTIVE The wheel would have fallen Out before i even left the shop in Lynnwood if it was Pushed out. Instead a TROLLEY was used to take the mower to my bakkie. I lost money on Petrol and Oil for the mower, Diesel and Toll fees to Rayton and back, and also lost half my Saturday because of this
