Poor service

Hi I’ve made an order on the 29th online.Today it is the 4th. According to your terms,items are delivered within 2-5days and nothing has happened. I haven’t received any form of communication from the store builders kempton park regarding my order.i find this to be very unprofessional

I’ve received my delivery today however I am extremely disappointed. The bath had scratches on it , very late weight and looks like plastic and had to return it because of those scratches. Basin looks fine. I was told that the oval bath I ordered was the last one in store and they will have to place an order. Can I kindly cancel the order for that bath and be refunded after such a long wait I can’t afford to wait again.
