Poor Service

Poor Service Builders Warehouse kept sending me messages that I could access cash on my Buiders Warehouse store card and that I could submit my application online. The online thing doesn’t work so I had to call them which I did three times with the request being promised to be processed. On all three occasions I never received the cash or response or progress from them. The last fourth time I had to change my bank as per their recommendation but still no money, no communication. When I called for the fifth time the lady I spoke to promised to log a complaint on my behalf. It’s been three weeks since my complaint, still I haven’t heard from Builders Warehouse or RCS. They must stop sending me messages that I may access the cash because it’s a lie.
