Poor service

I ordered a few melamine boards from Builders warehouse in Tygerberg at the beginning of June. I then received a sms stating that the boards were ready for collection on the 14/06/2022. Arrived at the warehouse, only for the manager to inform me that they are out of stock and will only be getting in the following week. I received another sms on the 24/06/2022 saying the boards were no ready for collection. Low and behold when i got there i was told the same thing, the boards were not available. I during that time gave them a cutting list as well and advised that when the boards do come they must cut it as well. According to the manager Errol(who is absolutely clueless) informed me that i did not give them a cutting list. Pathetic service, i will never buy from builders again
