Poor service

Builders Warehouse in Alberton provides pathetic service especially the paint department. I keep getting the wrong tint on the paint I bought more than once and when I compkain I am given excuses. Strangely enough the staff and manager get the paint colour right after i complain. It is unfortunate that there isnt another store in close vicinity as if there was I would never support this store again. Customer service and attitude of staff is very poor.
