Poor Service

Builders Warehouse at Amanzimtoti the service rendered was very poor. My first and second visit to the store, the service was dismal. No sense of urgency or even someone to assist at that particular section. One will have to look for someone to get assistance, everyone seem to be absent from their stations...it really frustrating coming to the store and no-one seem to be available to give you assistance. Customer service is really lacking. Management of the store really need to invest some workshop programs in order to teach employees the importance of customer service.
