Poor service

1. Order *** was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I provided a number for the recipient. Instead of calling the recipient, the call was made to me. As I am at work, I was not able to answer. The store then claimed that they could not deliver because the call was not answered. Why was there an option to provide a recipient's number if the number is ignored? After contacting the store to query and request delivery yesterday, recipient was assured delivery would take place today. 2. The order was sent today in a truck too big to enter into a standard house's driveway. The items will now only be delivered tomorrow. This is ridiculous. If a promise was made that delivery would take place today, the store should ensure this. Why can a smaller vehicle not transport my items today as promised? 3. Why am I being informed that the order was delivered when your *********** delivery team has not fulfilled what was promised yesterday and has NOT delivered? 4. Will I be compensated for the money I spent to call in laborers who were asked to come to work today under the assumption that, as per what was promised, my items would be delivered?

I am beyond disgusted with the pathetic service. I regret making this purchase.
