**** poor service

I went to Builders warehouse Kempton park this morning to buy paint and metal primer so I could paint what needed to be done, We got there the paint department is so unorganized the staff is not helpful at all, they are standing chatting away, after 15 minutes of searching for what I need and not being able to find what im looking for one of the staff members approached me and asked if I need assistance he showed me where the primer is stored and walked off, finally finding the primer I could go and get the paint I need for inside the house. I found the colour I needed for inside the house but it was on a colour card and needed assistance with mixing the paint, now all the staff members disappeared and is nowhere to be found. After 10 minutes of waiting at the counter, I saw a staff member standing in the carpet department on her phone and I asked for assistance on the paint mixing, she left to go find the paint department staff members and she finally found them hiding behind the shelves in another department chatting away. A staff member came to help with a price only giving me the most expensive price on the paint but I found a base on the shelve more than half the price, the staff member went to check the price on the system for mixing the base came back and said he cant do it he needs the dulux staff member to get the price for mixing of that base. He left to go find the dulux staff member. He finally returned after finding the staff member at the building supplies after 10 minutes and I waited for the dulux staff member to come and assist, after 8 minutes the staff member arrived and looking extremely sloppy saw us waiting for him and decided to go into the the nails department to go do what ever, the staff member from the paint department told him we are waiting for him and he just said he knows but we can wait, then decided to go about standing around in the nail department. The service at builders Kempton Park is absolutely terrible, If your staff does not want to work they should go look for another job or you might as well just close the doors at builders kempton park, how can your standards be so low for that store, Edenvale is an absolute pleasure to shop at, the staff is very help full and they want to assist but kempton is useless. Kempton park Builders will not see me ever again, nor will I ever recommend kempton builders to any one. Get your shop in order.
