POOR SERVICE

I bought 2jojo tanks 2months are at Secunda branch been waiting for my invoice since that day nothing. I went back to the store only to discover it was sent to the wrong email fine had to give my correct email till today no invoice I really need that invoice for my insurance I've been sent from pillar to post so many back and forth WITH NO SUCCESS PLEASE HELP
