Poor Service

I Ordered cupboards for a flatlet on the 15th of July, the delivery date was set out for 9-11 days after the date ordered. After numerous phone calls no one still knows where my order is or when I will receive it. This is delaying my building project.

I would please like to speak to someone who will be capable to deal with this as well as the claim I want to submit for the delays.
