Poor Service

<p>I'm ashamed to even write this review, the POOR service from Builders Newcastle is totally unacceptable. I have been buying building material since October 2016, i remember the 1st time i went there they took 2 weeks to deliver. I had to call and ask them if they still going to deliver the material and to my suprise i was told that they don't have stock of which when i was there on Saturday (15/10/2016) i was told by the sales guy ( Prince Mhlungu) that everything was available and that they will deliver on Tuesday (18/10/2016). </p> <p>I asked myself that should i have not called, was i going to be informed? I requested to speak to the shop manager (Jannie) of which he promised to deliver the following day and they did. Couple of weeks down the line, i went back and spent R200,000 on materials and the history repeated itself and this time it was a defferent sales guy (Bheki Mdiniso) i called the store and i was sent back and forth, he promised to deliver and that was another 2 weeks and again the material is still short. I pay the contractors for waiting for the material almost 2 weeks now.</p> <p>Is this treatment acceptable, a norm that a customer must go through?? i have spent alot of money to be treated in this way. I was not expecting this poor service and hurtful from such a HUGE respected company. The money i'm loosing daily to pay the contractor for not working due to material not being delivered on time, ITS UNACCEPTABLE!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Disappointed customer</p>
