POOR SERVICE

i have not received my order ***, i have received an invoice stating that my order was delivered but have not received it, i have emailed a lot of times and still no feedback, i didnt even receive any calls stating that they are on the way to deliver my order, JUST STATED DELIVERED, i want my order or ill report to the ombudsman
