POOR SERVICE!

Builders Warehouse has not even updated me with my order. I purchased an air conditioner 20th November 2023 up until now i am still waiting for it. I followed up in store the lady at the service desk informs me they are waiting for stock, the following week I call in the call center agent tells me that she will call me back with information as delivery department was not answering their lines. It is now the 06 of December 2023! Can I get a refund or update on this item its bladdy pathetic service if you ask me, at least call or email an update regarding the order.
