Poor service

Builders Warehouse, Constantiaberg, Tokai I was not happy with the lack of communication, poor quality of service and overall lack of care experienced with a recent purchase. I purchased 10 sheets of melamine, cut and edged according to pre determined measurements. Said items were meant to be delivered to a agreed address. A price was paid for the products, cutting and edging and delivery service. Firstly the delivery arrived later than expected / promised. The cutting and edging quality left alot to be desired. The Cutting was inconsistent and not 100% accurate, when compared to the cutting list resulting in quality and fit issues later down the line. There were pieces missing from the cutting list that were not supp**** with the delivery. To their credit they did inform me of malfunctioning machinery on the day, but did not inform me that this would impact my delivery in the way it did. There is also no way to contact this store, other than through a central contact centre, which often results in dropped calls, messages going missing or unanswered. After numerous attempts to contact the store, to its credit it did try to right the wrong with a second delivery, but the quality and inconsistent cutting issues prevailed, resulting in delays further down the line. The good pricing is not worth the poor quality, lack of professional care, poor time management and inconsistencies. Builders makes too much money and does not focus on its client management in my opinion.
