Poor Service

Disappointed at the services at Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein. I purchased a HK FOGO CUBE white online on the 22 May 2020 and was advised it would be ready in 15 days as it was not in store . Only to receive a call but miss it and they leave a voice message on the 23 May 2020 to come collect it as it was ready . I was confused but happy . Today i go collect only to get there and the HK FOGO CUBE is not white and that's not what i wanted . i enquire if they cant get a white one at a different branch as i don't mind waiting was advised they cannot and received a refund. I'm extremely disappointed and the services and unwillingness to help.
