Poor service
Phoned their 086 number on Monday 9 Sept to enquire about Voyager pool cleaner repair kit, as online it shows Newcastle branch have 3 in stock. Yet after visiting the Newcastle branch we.found zero in stock. No helpful staff either. Head office promised on Monday that they would investigate and confirm the stock with feedback to me via email/cell. Today is Friday the 13th and still waiting in anticipation....
