POOR SERVICE

Morning My name is Leavy Phaahla my builders account number is ********** 823, I am writing regarding a service which I never thought I could get from Builders in Polokwane by Manager Mogale. I actually bought a sink cabinet together with the sink and all fittings for ±R2550.00, a problem when I a sampled the cudborad/ cabinet it did not fit with the sink. Remember I bought all this items yesterday the 16 may 2019 at 12:41, then at 16:45 I went to builders to return this items. The manager Mogale told me the cudboard is not in good conditions it cannot be refunded. Then I asked him who is at fault here because I bought all this expecting to get a concrete item. Because if they could have sold me the correct items this would not be happening. Now I want to ask if this is how is going to work with Builders. I always trusted applauded Builders but if this is how you want to tarnish your big brand name then let it be. I always bought tonnes of building material from you and this is how are going to treat me. You are a big store you cannot be reluctant to refund my money, this is not good for business. I hope to be assisted ASAP.
