Poor service

I paid for 6 internal wooden doors in the first week of August, They delivered 4, I sent back, they were badly damaged, Now I hear nothing further from them. I went to the stoor to enquire about this, some guy took my number and said he'll keep me informed. But till now nothing. It has been more than a month now. It is a disgrace. I wonder if I go buy something there again, and I tell them I will come pay in 2 months time, i am sure they will accept my terms then.
