Poor service

Horrible experience I will never buy electronic gadgets from there. Bought my Samsung microwave oven from them it has packed up twice within a year of purchase. First time I had to stay without a microwave for 2 months. Now I took it back again almost 2 months again. No one calls you i have been calling to no avail. Even spoke to some useless manager who assured me that they would resolve the issue. My question is how many times should I bring back the microwave clearly the product is faulty. I am beyond inconvenienced after having paid so much money. Builders warehouse need to change their returns policy. Very upset
