Poor service
I placed an online order for a pan and made payment 4 weeks ago, I waited 7days and went to the store (Robindale) to collect as this was what I was told it would be ready by. I was then told it would take another 2 weeks, waited 2 weeks and returned and I was told it hadn’t been ordered yet and they would call me back. Week 4 and I have still not received my order which I have paid for but I have still not gotten my monies worth. Can someone tell me when I will get my pan?
