Poor service

On the 25th September 2015 I bought a readymade built in wardrobe at builders warehouse Klerksdorp. I was told the wardrobe will be delivered the following day or Monday. A week later it's still not delivered. I called the store this morning to follow up and they took my contact details promising to call me back. 5 hours later no one has contacted me instead the phone now rings and hang up. I am very disappointed at their incompetence and poor service.
