Poor Service

During last year I started renovations at my home and acquired most of my goods for Builders Warehouse in Constantiaberg. I one can understand that renovations does not happen overnight I bought my goods and had them installed based on what my pocket could allow. During last month I redone my bathroom in my granny flat but had bought the goods in September last year. Upon everything being fitted I realised that the toilet seat to my Bermuda toilet was not in the box. As I had purchased the same toilet prior to this for the main bathroom I could not remember whether it was included in the package or not. I then proceeded to go back to builders to do further enquiry to be told by the sales assistant in the plumbing department that it was not included. Due to me not remembering whether it was or was not I took his word and ask whether there was one that I could purchase. He then proceeded to refer me to the universal square lids which I paid over R400 for. I asked the gentlemen whether he was certain that it would fit he said yes, however when I go home it did not. I was then inconvenienced by having to trek back to the Constantiaberg branch only to find out it was suppose to be incl.
