Poor service

I'm very disappointed with the service that we have received from Builders warehouse in strubenvelly on the 27 November we went to the shop to purchase a solar geyser and we wanted to be assisted in doing it online as we were told that for the first online purchase you get a discount and we were told to open an account we transferred the money to the builders account as they were doing the transaction they said the system doesn't allow them to order solar geyser online and they said they will do it at the branch and we will receive it probably on Thursday as they receive their orders on that day, today I asked my husband to check if our order had arrived to our surprise Kamo the consultant got busy as if the was something wrong and he came back and said Builders didn't receive their orders ,so the geyser will be delivered next week Thursday I was not happy I called the Builders call center and spoke to Asemahle Ntshepe who said he doesn't see the order placed and asked me did I really wanted this brand when I asked why he gave options of other brands which I wasn't told about because they only said they offer this brand where else the is other cheaper branch. I feel like we were not given enough information by the consultant to make an informed decision on which geyser to purchase and I'm even more disappointed that the order has not been placed and he was dishonest about that, where else he could have taken the responsibilities and own up and be accountable for his actions
